Blogspirit sucks... My blog died... had to clone it..
My blog went down in the last week of Nov 09 and stayed down till today. I am extremely pissed off with blogSpirit and its services. Sucks horribly. I have a paid Classic account and I logged multiple tickets requesting a solution to this problem but none helped. I am really not sure why I chose them when there amazing free services like that of Blogspot and Wordpress.
My google ranking has been effected terribly and my pages have stopped showing up in search results.
Lesson learnt: never trust low end service providers like blogSpirit. Either go with a more well known provider, a trustworthy free provider like Blogspot and Wordpress OR host it on your own domain name, so that if ever the server goes down, you can switch servers and redirect your domain to the new location.

An idea can change your life, a mistake can waste your life
The moments I always lived for... the moments I never thought would ever leave me, well they have all died in vain... I have learnt lessons, emotional, spiritual, practical and many more. I have misjudged people. I never took the helpful advices from worthy friends, and sidelined them for an unworthy one.
But I am hoping I will move on, move somewhere new, start a brand new day, and probably start a brand new life. Hopefully things will come easy on me...
Ron over and out!

Preparing for the beginning of a new life
Preparing for a new life...
medium_pic9.gif
Well, after 2nd June, I will be a engineering graduate and will move towards a better new life. (Hope so). I am selected in a company called InfoBeans based in Indore and having branches in Pune, Bhopal, UK, USA. We all will be soon starting a new life. Some hunting for jobs, and some going where they are selected.
Yeah I am through with Sheffield University, UK, for the MSc in Human Language medium_pic7.gifTechnology, but I don't think I will be going there... its gonna cost me 20 Lac rupees and I ain't in no mood to spend that much. Will take me two years to recover the amount. So I think it's better to stay with the company I am selected in, I will do the computer certification courses that I get to do for free (yeah the company will let me do the certifications for free as long as I clear them). The ones I plan to do are MCSD/MCAD and RHCE.
After that I plan to give GMAT and CAT and see where I get a good college. Since I am more inclined towards going out of India for my studies, I will prefer GMAT. Plus the certifications I get are supposed to help me out with getting a part time job abroad. With the profile of 1 yr experience in C# and MCSD in C#, I expect to get a job of $50k pa in full time. Well that's my present view of the future... let's see how the future carves itself.

Hexaware fresher recruitment process, a proof of low standards
I write this to enlighten all the students appearing for Hexaware Fresher recruitment via G4 Solutions...
I must tell all of you that G4 is an absolute bullshit. www.g4careermapping.com
They charge you Rs. 450/- for giving their CBT and then take a GD process.
The hilarious part is, those short listed by G4 are by no means the final interview candidates!!! (unlike claimed by them) At the last moment the Hexaware people will walk in and say that we have slight change in plans... and then they will take another written which is hilariously out of common man's bounds. They ask electronics questions to Comp. Sci people and all kinds of awkward questions which you would have definitely not expected. Hence, that round becomes a "Fluke" round.
What the hell!!! If Hexaware didnt trust G4 why the hell did it outsource the selection process to it??? Knocks me off. I got eliminated in the "Fluke" round... I tried to convince the so called in charge of Hexaware selection process to consider me for an interview (after all i had cleared all previous rounds and this round wasnt expected) but he was too arrogant to even listen.
I suggest to everyone, that please do not go for the recruitment process if being conducted by G4 Solutions. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE WEIRD SELECTION PROCEDURE UNTIL AND UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO THROW OFF 450 bucks.

Me and my Bike
I love my Bike. Although nothing special about it, but yes one thing special is that it has a mix of all required qualities.
111.4 cc, 9.5 Bhp, gives me a mileage of 70+ km/litres and costed me just Rs. 35,000 ($814) and its called Bajaj Kawasaki Caliber 115.
Worth the money I suppose.
Is Bajaj listening? A few bucks could do for the promotion ;-)
The background in the photo graph is Payeli (On Bargi Lake, Jabalpur), a picnic spot in MP. The river in the background in Narmada.
