OpenVPN on Vista 64 bit

Most of you running on Vista 64 bit would have faced this problem while installing OpenVPN. Midway through the installation it says Error occurred installing TAP-Win32 driver. There is a easy and quick work around for that. Use the latest available installer. I used the installer called: openvpn-2.1_rc15-install.exe When you run it for installation, make sure you right-click and select Run as Administrator. It should install without any problem. Also make sure you uninstalled all previous versions before installing it.

To grab a copy of the installer I used, I will attach it with this post, also I will post a mediafire link:

Vista look alike better than Vista!?

I have Vista on my laptop which ran extremely well 5 months back... but recently have been noticing extreme performance issues.
03c4cbed5e9822d95f2ae93adb075f7c.jpgI was looking forward to install it on my office system as well, but just realised that a better idea was to rather mimic its looks on a XP system, which I indeed did, as you can see from the snapshot :-) I installed Vista Inspirat theme and Thoosje sidebar and have all I need for the Aero kinda looks. I a much happier person now!

BTW, nothing compares to the Vista sidebar.
